The Almafi Coast

Spent my second to last weekend cruising along the Almafi Coast of Italy and stopped at Positano, Capri, and Sorrento. Checked out the blue grottos, rode a chair lift, and went cliff diving. Overall, I had a great time but found them to be too touristy. I think spending a weekend in Cinque Terre might be a more worthwhile and authentic experience.

Sorry for the lack of posts recently. I have been busy being a tourist in Sydney and suffering from a lack of wifi.

Mirror Mirror

I am still not over this trend. Mirrored sunglasses are the "it" accessory for this summer. I am personally a fan of the bright blue versions and have my eyes on this pair. Plus, I totally need them after losing a pair of sunnies in Italy- total justification to snag a pair.

Moss Graffiti

Ditch your spray cans and start working on your green thumb! Moss graffiti, also known as eco-graffiti, is the new form of street art popping up on every wall and corner. It's even making an appearance in metro cars! Try it out in your own garden with the DIY instructions below.

Moss Mixture:
3 handfuls of moss
2 cups lukewarm water
2 cups buttermilk
2 tablespoons water- retention gel (like this one

Instructions:
1. Crumble moss into a blender.
2. Add in water, buttermilk, and water-retention gel.
3. Pulse the blender until your mixture forms a gel-like substance.
4. Pour the mixture into a bucket and paint it onto a wall outside. Make sure you choose a wall that doesn't receive much sunlight, as moss grows best in shady areas.
5. Mist your mossed-up wall with water once a week and watch it grow!
