Yes, I check my horoscope everyday. I know it sounds gimmicky but it really helps me start off my day. We could all use some guidance or inspiration once in a while. And yes, sometimes theyre a bit ridiculous, but hey, at least you'll start off the day with a good laugh. So take a peek at yours below!

Aries: Picking up a hitchhiker on the side of the road may at first seem quite risky, Aries, but could actually prove to be a rewarding and enriching experience. Dispel the myth of the "dangerous stranger," in which there is always fear of something or someone unknown. Take a risk with the unknown today and don't let your fears keep you from missing out on a potentially wonderful experience.

Taurus: Take off to the stars today, Taurus, and keep your mind and heart open to all the possibilities that can come when you have faith in yourself and the work you do. Mastery of a skill comes when you have the guts to always take it to the next level. Consider different areas of your life that require more of that confidence at this time. Implement this courageous attitude.

If the Shoe Fits, Buy it!

As I'm sure many of you already know, in college, your heels don't last that long. I learnt this the hard way when I wore a brand new pair of heels I bought for the first time at party and they were ruined after approximately 1 hour due to spillage and being constantly stepped on. As a rule, I now only wear heels out in college that are under $60! Don't worry, for only that much you can find a show that still makes a statement. Here are some of my favorite finds:

Diane von Furstenburg's Stylish Apartment

Taking a look into the apartment of legendary fashion designer, Diane von Furstenburg,  is definitely an enlightening experience. She has surrounded herself with constant inspiration, chosen by her talented eye for color and pattern, which inspire her fabulous clothing line. The contrast of bold colors and  patterns throughout the apartment radiate the liveliness of Diane and echo the prints of her infamous wrap dresses.

So you missed both Electric Daisy Carnival and Bamboozle this weekend and unfortunately realize now that a fact of life is that after monday and tuesday even the calendar says WTF...  Dont worry, the summer has only started. This past weekend, both Electric Daisy Carnival and Bamboozle hit New Jersey, drawing thousands of fans from the Tri-State area, including myself. Saturday I managed to land myself in a neon colored swarm enjoying the beats of headliners including Aviici, Armin Van Buren, Calvin Harris, Sebastian Ingrosso, Alesso, Steve Angello and many more.

Barbie: The Ultimate Muse

The French artist, Jocelyne Grivaud, has recreated artworks considered to be some of the most famous made throughout history. Instead of the original models who inspired these artists, she has reimposed them with the iconic Barbie toy and its image. Grivaud transforms her own muse to fit within the works, which clearly echo the originals. As an art history major, I've got to say that I got a good laugh out of her images when I first saw them and always enjoy witty art humor.

Dress for Work Success

Blazer/Top/Pant/H&M. Pumps/Steve Madden (similar).
Necklace/Thrifted Statement Chain (Similar). Sunglasses/Forever 21.

I have a difficult relationship with sunglasses. I can never find any that frame my face just right. I have always wanted a pair of large statement glasses- but they always are TOO large, to the point where I've taken oversized to plain ridiculous and look as if I'm wearing a mask around town. Another problem, I always misplace the few sunglasses I manage to find that fit my face.

Skull Stacks

I warned you about my obsession with skulls, which definitely extends itself into jewelry, specifically bracelets. In my efforts to work on my own "arm party"I've been collecting inspiration on Pinterest and have concluded that a skull bracelet is an absolute must have in my stack.
